The Government of Montenegro developed the Citizenship by Investment Program in 2019 as part of the country’s continuing efforts to attract foreign direct investment and boost economic growth. Applicants must make a specific economic contribution to the nation to be eligible for the program.
Applicants must provide the following documentation as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process:
There will be no annual quotations, and a limit of 2000 investors and their family members will be granted citizenship.
Permanent residency in Montenegro is issued within 3 weeks after investment.
Family members shall be considered to be:
– Applicant’s children who have reached the age of eighteen and are financially dependent on the applicant
