Portugal is a European union country located in Southwestern Europe and bordering with Spain. Lisbon is the capital and largest and the country population is 10.3 million. Portuguese is the official language, although English is widely spoken in the main cities and tourist areas. The currency is the EUR and the country, thanks to its attractive incentives, tax regimes and business friendly environment, has benefitted from a robust economic growth over the last years. With its rich history, warm climate, fantastic beaches and nature, Portugal attracts millions of tourists every year.
