The US immigration system provides various pathways for investors, with the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Programme being one of the most efficient routes to obtaining permanent resident status (a green card) within a short period of time.
To participate in the USA EB-5 Visa Programme, applicants are required to invest a minimum of USD 800,000 in a US business. The investment must create at least ten full-time jobs, either directly or indirectly, through the project. Approximately 24 months after investing, the EB-5 applicant and their family will receive an initial conditional green card.
