About the Role

PL Group is a globally recognised leader in Citizenship and Residency by Investment (CBI/RBI)advisory services, headquartered in Dubai with offices in Zurich, among other locations. As demand among German and DACH-region clients for international mobility solutions continues to grow, and we are seeking a commercially driven, well-presented, independent and confident Business Development Manager to build and maintain our B2B partner network in Germany.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary relationship owner for referring partners, wealth managers, private bankers, family offices, legal professionals, and any other intermediaries serving ultra and high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). This is a high autonomy, high-visibility role with direct impact on firm-wide revenue. The vast majority of our clients are referred to us through trusted partner relationships, making this position central to our continued growth in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard B2B referral partners across Germany and the wider DACH region, with a focus on private banks, wealth management firms, family offices, boutique law firms, and independent financial advisors serving UHNWI and HNWI client bases
• Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with partner firms through regular in-person meetings and structured calls.
• Represent PL Group at industry events; co-host partner events, roadshows, and client seminars in Germany; coordinate with partners on joint marketing and physical event activations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of PL Group's CBI/RBI programme portfolio and articulate the value proposition clearly and credibly to sophisticated financial professionals.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of active and prospective partners using CRM tools; report regularly on partnership activity, KPIs, and referral flow to senior management in Dubai/Zurich.
• Collaborate closely with the internal advisory and client onboarding teams to ensure seamless handoffs from partner introductions to active client engagements.
• Proactively monitor market and regulatory developments in the German and broader European CBI/RBI landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory requirement - Native or near-native fluency in German (C2 level minimum); the role is conducted primarily in German with partner firms.
• Professional fluency in English, for internal communication with our international headquarters.
• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or relationship management within financial services, private banking, wealth management, or arelated professional services environment.
• An established or demonstrably buildable network within the German private wealth ecosystem — existing relationships with intermediaries serving HNWIs/UHNWIs are asignificant advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior financial professionals and C-suite stakeholders in formal settings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, structured, and capable of working independently from a home-office base in Germany.
• Excellent personal presentation, professional bearing, and a natural aptitude for high-level client entertainment and relationship hosting.

Preferred Background

• Prior exposure to alternative investment products, international tax planning, immigration or mobility advisory, or cross-border financial structuring.
• Familiarity with citizenship or residency by investment programmes (CBI/RBI) —training will be provided, but prior knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience organising or co-hosting professional events, roundtables, or client seminars within a wealth management or advisory context.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are welcome.

Training & Onboarding

Prior to field deployment, the selected candidate will complete a comprehensive 10–12week onboarding programme at PL Group's headquarters in Dubai or our Zurich office. This intensive induction covers our full programme portfolio, client advisory methodology, compliance and regulatory frameworks, partner engagement processes, and sales operations. Travel and accommodation, during the training period will be covered by PL Group.

Following the training period, the candidate will be permanently based in Germany, working remotely with regular travel within the DACH region and periodic visits to Dubai/ Zurich headquarters.
