Passport Legacy returned to Beirut in July 2023 for an unforgettable PL Circle Meet. Hosted at the beautiful Intercontinental Phoenicia, the event combined the essence of Lebanon’s deep-rooted hospitality with Passport Legacy’s vision of global mobility and opportunity.
Keynotes initially focused on the coveted Portugal Golden Visa Programme, which gives investors visa-free travel to the entire Schengen Area. Next, there was a presentation on the Saint Lucia CBI Programme, celebrated for its simplicity and fast processing. After the keynotes, guests were treated to a farm-to-table dining experience, featuring traditional Lebanese dishes with a modern twist.
The highlight of the evening was a guest appearance from a Passport Legacy alumnus, who shared how acquiring a second passport has transformed both his business and personal life.
