This programme offers different options including a company setup route, which grants a 3-year residence visa with total costs starting at AED36,500 (USD 10,000). For property investors, the programme requires a minimum property investment of AED 750,000 (USD 204,500) for a 2-year investor visa and AED 2,000,000 (USD 544,000) for a 10-year Golden Visa. The property can be utilised as a rental property while still maintaining its status as an investment.
According to the applicant’s needs and business activity in the UAE, Passport Legacy’s experienced consultant recommends the applicable business license to the applicant. A 3-year residence visa can be expected with total costs starting at AED 36,500 (USD 10,000).
To obtain a 2-year investment visa, applicants must invest in real estate worth at least AED 750,000 (USD 204,500). For the UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa, a real estate investment of at least AED 2,000,000 (USD 545,000) is required. Investors must maintain the property investment to keep their visa valid, and both visas can be renewed.
