Eligible candidates can qualify for Spain’s Residence by Investment Programme by making a commitment to a minimum of EUR 500,000 in real estate for a minimum period of 5 years.

  • Stocks, shares, or bank deposits: Invest at least €1 million in stocks or shares of companies operating in Spain, in Spanish investment funds, venture capital funds, or in bank deposits in Spanish financial institutions
  • Spanish public debt securities: Invest at least €2 million in public debt securities (Bonds)
  • 25,000 EUR for a single applicant
  • 30,000 EUR for a family of 5 members
