1. Chapter VIII (Sections 90-95) of the Constitution of Saint Christopher and Nevis governs the citizenship of Saint Christopher and Nevis.

The standard citizenship costs apply for any child between the age of 0-30. An additional charge of USD 10,000 in government fees will have to be paid, in addition to an Application Fee, a Passport Fee and Government Due Diligence Fees for every child dependent that is over 30 years old.
