Costs of Grenada Citizenship

The Government of Grenada allows eligible applicants to secure Citizenship by Investment through two different qualifying contribution options. These are:

1) Donation – National Transformation Fund (NTF)

Donation to the National Transformation Fund (NTF)

Single applicant:

USD 150,000

Additional dependent child up to 30 years of age:

USD 25,000

Dependent parents aged over 55:

USD 25,000

An applicant with up to 3 dependents:

USD 200,000

Dependent parents aged under 55:

USD 50,000

2) Real Estate Investment

Invest in one of the real estate asset classes approved by the Government of Grenada. These are:

Freehold property with title deed

Fractional ownership

Hotel shares

Land

A holding period of five (5) years applies to the investment.

Minimum investment amount:

Government Fees

The Government fees that need to be paid apart from the purchase of real estate include:

Government Fees: USD 50,000

Additional child up to 30 years of age:

USD 25,000

Dependent parents aged over 55:

USD 25,000

Dependent parents aged under 55:

USD 50,000

Processing and application fees

Both investment options have separate additional processing and application costs associated with them.

Processing fees per person:

USD 1,500

Processing fees for dependents aged 16+:

USD 1,500

Processing fees for dependents up to 16 years:

USD 500

Application fees per person:

Due Diligence & Background Checks

The applicant must pay a compulsory background check fee to a Government-preferred due diligence agency. The agency will use Interpol, World-Check and other Government agencies for applicant screening purposes.

Due Diligence per person:

USD 5,000

Due Diligence for children aged 17-30:

USD 5,000

Due Diligence for children aged 0-16:

No Charge

Due Diligence for dependent parents:

USD 5,000
