Greece passed Law 4146/2013 on April 18, 2013, which allows foreign nationals who invest at least 250,000 Euros in residential real estate that is physically located in Greece to apply for a five-year Greek residency visa. A residence permit is given for five years (for a 5-year period each time) and can be renewed indefinitely as long as the real estate property is still owned by the applicant. However, the residence permits do not grant you any right to employment.
