The Cyprus Residence by Investment Programme is a government-approved initiative that grants residency to qualifying investors. Established under Regulation 6(2) of the Aliens and Immigration Regulations, the program allows non-EU nationals to obtain permanent residency through real estate investment, subject to meeting the financial and due diligence requirements set by the Cypriot authorities.
