Established in 1984, Saint Kitts and Nevis has one of the most well-respected CBI programs in the industry. St. Kitts’ citizenship by investment program is high in demand amongst foreign investors. St. Kitts still depends on tourism as the main driver of its economy; however, its CBI program has brought in foreign investment into the country.
There are several investment options to qualify for St. Kitts passport. An applicant is required to make a minimum investment of USD 150,000 through a donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF), through government-approved real estate projects starting at USD 200,000.
