Jeffrey Henseler is the Founder of Passport Legacy and Managing Partner of its UAE head office. Passionate about residence and citizenship by investment, Jeffrey left his studies to gain on-the-ground experience in the industry. He founded Passport Legacy in 2018, offering tailored professional services to clients globally. 

Having worked in Zurich, Cape Town, and Dubai, Jeffrey has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of residence and citizenship by investment, which has enabled him to establish the company as a leading provider of bespoke residence and citizenship by investment solutions. Jeffrey’s international experience, fluent command of English, German, and French, and dedication to the industry and his clients have been crucial to Passport Legacy’s growth. With his oversight of all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, accounting, and finance, Jeffrey has ensured that Passport Legacy upholds the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in its operations.

Benjamin Eisenring

As Director at Passport Legacy in the company’s UAE head office, Benjamin Eisenring is actively involved in overseeing every aspect of the advisory’s robust residence and citizenship by investment portfolio, working side-by-side with government representatives and heads of CBI units to ensure that every aspect of Passport Legacy’s operations is fully up-to-date and compliant with international regulations.

A graduate of the University of Zurich’s Banking and Finance programme, Benjamin has previously held a prominent role in the international banking industry, working for a leading Swiss private bank in Geneva, Zurich and Lugano. Fluent in German, English, French, and Italian, Benjamin carries a wealth of knowledge in optimising long-term investments and is passionate about empowering clients to attain their long-term goals. Having played a key role in the establishment of Passport Legacy’s global office network, Benjamin has successfully overseen the processing of over 1,200 family residence and citizenship by investment applications around the world, helping the company attain its immaculate approval record.

IVAN DE NUZZO

Ivan De Nuzzo, Client Advisor at Passport Legacy, is from Switzerland and holds two Master Degrees in International Business Management with focus on Project Management and Marketing. With more than 10 years experience in an international Kitchen – and Coffee Machine manufacturer from Switzerland.

He managed a multinational team and was responsible for all the technical aspects in a project in South – West of Europe. After moving to Dubai, Ivan role was in Business Development and Sales, where he was in charge for developers, architect and designer and optimizing processes for the local factory. His mother tongue is German, he is fluent in English and also speaks Italian due to his fathers heritage.

Ivan values personalized service, customer relationship, organization and efficiency, which he brings to his daily activities to create the best experience for his clients.

Andre Passport Legacy

ANDRE GONCALVES

Andre Goncalves, Business Development Manager of the Dubai Office, practiced as a Lawyer for more than 6 years in Portugal before joining Passport Legacy, specializing in the Portuguese Golden Visa Program, Real Estate and Corporate.

Andre holds a Law Degree from the Law School of the University of Lisbon, and has attended the Master in Business Law in the same University. Andre has as is mother tongue Portuguese, and is fluent in English.

Andre comes from a background of assisting and advising international clients from all over the world with their investments in Portugal, having worked as an in-house lawyer for a prominent real estate developer in Portugal as well.

After his career as Lawyer, Andre seeks to bring his advisory experience to assist individuals in obtaining the best second citizenship or residency for their individual needs.
